The Reds boss has asserted that he will maintain the same mantra he exorcised in his two previous managerial roles at Molde and Cardiff City - in bringing players to the club who have the right quality and are also not driven by finance or fame.
“It’s not like playing Football Manager this, you know,” Ole told reporters in his press conference on Friday ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with Chelsea.
“There’s players that we maybe have expressed an interest in and if they’re not available for sale, it’s not just like 'I’ll get him'.”
“We have to have the right type of player, with the right quality and the right personality.
