The 19-year-old winger from Uruguay scored in the Reds' 2-1 pre-season victory over Derby County at Pride Park during an impressive second-half performance as a substitute.
Speaking after the match, the boss said there had been plenty of suitors for the youngster, who returned to United this summer following a loan spell with Deportivo Alavés.
“I can see a loan deal for him," Solskjaer said.
"There’s been loads of interest and for his best interests as well, I think a loan will be what we look for.”
Asked about Pellistri’s individual performance against the Rams, he said: “I thought he was bright, of course he takes his goal really well.
