Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insists the pressure of managing Manchester United is a 'privilege' ahead of a crucial Champions League tie against Villarreal.

United lost their first European encounter of the season late on against Young Boys and after a home loss to Aston Villa at the weekend, United will want to bounce back against the Spanish side who beat them in last season's Europa League final.

Solskjaer said: 'That pressure is a privilege. To work in this environment, you have to embrace the pressure. I have been backed. It seems we are sticking to the plan.
