Ole Gunnar Solskjaer conceded he went 'overboard with my words' as he engaged in a touchline row with rival boss Chris Wilder in Manchester United's win at Sheffield United.
Despite making a poor start in which they fell behind after five minutes, Solskjaer's side rallied and returned back to Manchester with a 3-2 win after goals from Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
Tensions were high in the technical area and after taking issue with a number of tackles, Solskjaer and Wilder exchanged words as they were separated by the fourth official, something Solskjaer has since apologised for.
