Nottingham Forest have agreed a deal with Manchester United to sign Dean Henderson on loan with the option to buy for £20million.
The goalkeeper has agreed personal personal terms with the newly-promoted Premier League club, with only the paperwork left to be finalised ahead of his switch to the City Ground.
Forest have been quick to act after Brice Samba informed them that he wishes to leave this summer, with the Congolese shot-stopper keen on a move to Ligue 1 side Lens.
Henderson's move to Forest does rule out the chance of Manchester United midfielder James Garner returning to the Reds as Premier League clubs are not allowed to take more than one player on loan from the same club at the same time.
