Newcastle have agreed a fee of around £13million with Brighton for defender Dan Burn.
The 29-year-old will travel to Tyneside for a medical ahead of a move to his boyhood club.
Eddie Howe has been pushing for Burn since last weekend and a deal has now been reached after two offers were rejected.
