Nemanja Matic is in talks with Manchester United over signing a new two-year contract worth £140,000 a week according to The Sun.
The Red Devils only just triggered a clause in the Serbia international's current deal on Tuesday to keep him at the club for a further year.
An Old Trafford source told The Sun: 'It was only announced earlier this week about the extra 12-months on his deal.
'Ole and Nemanja have had a chat and he's been told the plan for the future.
