Nemanja Matic believes the future of Manchester United is in capable hands with the promising talents of Angel Gomes and Tahith Chong beginning to make their mark at the club.
Seventen-year-old Gomes made his United bow against Crystal Palace last season — becoming United's youngest player since Duncan Edwards in the process — and has been included by Jose Mourinho in the match-day squad for the last two FA Cup ties, featuring off the bench against Yeovil last month.
Chong, 18, has been pulling up trees in the academy and has emerged as the latest promising talent in the United ranks after a disheartening 10-month lay off due to knee ligament injury sustained last January.
