There are 11 Premier League games left for Manchester United, and nine matches in all competitions in April alone, with the first of these crucial fixtures coming on Saturday against West Bromwich Albion.
The Reds have played fewer matches than the four teams currently above Jose Mourinho's men in the table and, while aware of the congestion in the schedule with the important Europa League quarter-final ties against Anderlecht also on the horizon, the boss is keen for his players to show their mettle.
Mourinho is asking his charges to give their all in an attempt to qualify for next season's Champions League and, even if his selection options are limited by fresh injuries suffered during the international break including the blow of losing Juan Mata, there is the expectation that United will finish 2016/17 with a flourish.
