Mick McCarthy has revealed he does not allow any of his family to mention Roy Keane's name in his house after the Saipan incident before the 2002 World Cup.
In the build-up for the summer tournament in Japan and South Korea, Republic of Ireland midfielder Keane was sent home during a training camp following an expletive-laden rant against manager McCarthy the week before the tournament.
Both Keane and McCarthy still do not get on to this day with the latter claiming any mention of the former Manchester United captain either to him or his family is strictly off-limits and is met with a punishment.
