Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin have failed to make Manchester United's squad for their Europa League trip to Zorya Luhansk.
The duo have barely made a first-team impact at Old Trafford since Jose Mourinho's summer arrival and have been strongly linked with an exit next month.
Everton are understood to be interested in both players, with reports suggesting their were boardroom talks between Toffees and United officials over a potential double deal ahead of Sunday's 1-1 draw at Goodison Park.
Michael Carrick, Antonio Valencia and Matteo Darmian, who all started the game against Everton, have been rested for the clash in Ukraine, while Chris Smalling and Luke Shaw remain unavailable through injury.
