The United midfielder has been named in Steve Clarke's squad for the upcoming international break, where the Scots will face Poland and the loser of the Austria/Wales World Cup play-off game in two friendlies.
Scotland were due to face Ukraine in their own World Cup play-off semi-final on 24 March, but the game has been postponed.
Similarly, Poland were drawn against Russia, but the Poles have been given a bye due to FIFA and UEFA's joint-decision to suspend all Russian teams from their competitions until further notice.
So, instead, the two countries are encouraging football fans to attend Hampden Park next week, with £10 from each ticket sold going towards UNICEF's humanitarian response efforts in Ukraine.
