Mauro Icardi should stay at Inter Milan because he suits the club's shirt better than those of suitors Real Madrid and Manchester United, Luciano Spalletti has joked.
The Argentine striker has attracted interest from some of Europe's biggest clubs this season after netting 18 goals in just 24 games in all competitions.
But after being questioned on Icardi's future at the San Siro, Inter boss Spalletti opted for a light-hearted answer about his star man.
'The striped shirt is better on him than those that are solid colours,' Spalletti said, in reference to those of United and Real.
