Mauro Icardi reportedly turned down an offer from Manchester United brought to him by agent Mino Raiola.
According to Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport (h/t Metro), Raiola—who does not represent Icardi—approached him with an offer from United, but the Argentinian did not want the Dutchman to act on his behalf.
Icardi's agent is his wife, Wanda Nara, and the offer on the table would have seen Raiola take over her responsibilities.
Raiola has facilitated the moves of several players to Old Trafford in recent years, including Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
