Marko Arnautovic turned down a move to Manchester United this summer, rather than the club ending the possible transfer.
United saw Arnautovic as a cut-price option but it was previously reported that they decided not to meet Bologna’s demands for the Austria striker after having an initial £7.5m bid rejected.
The former Stoke City and West Ham United forward's agent Tiziano Pasquali has however denied those claims, instead insisting United continued talks beyond speculation of ending their interest.
'Yes, Juventus and Manchester United had come forward,' Pasquali told Gianluca di Marzio when asked about the transfer rumours.
