Marcus Rashford scores opener for Manchester United against Chelsea... but did Ander Herrera handle the ball and was goalscorer offside?

Marcus Rashford put Manchester United 1-0 up in the early stages against Chelsea at Old Trafford... but should the goal have been allowed?

The young English striker latched onto a pass from Ander Herrera to strike the ball past Asmir Begovic but there were two incidents in the build up that the referee Bobby Madley could potentially have acted upon.

Firstly, Herrera appeared to handle the ball following a Nemanja Matic pass and to rub it in, the Spanish midfielder then laid on the assist for Rashford.

However, the goalscorer seemed to very slightly offside from Herrera's through ball before putting the hosts in front in just the seventh minute in Manchester.
