Marcos Rojo 'agrees two-year deal with Boca Juniors but may have to reach agreement with Manchester United to let him return to his homeland, with Argentine club not prepared to pay a fee'

Marcos Rojo has reportedly agreed a two-year deal with Boca Juniors to finally end his Manchester United nightmare.

Sportsmail reported earlier this week that the Argentine has been in talks over a return to his homeland having made just 15 appearances at United in the last two-and-a-half years.

But with Boca unwilling to pay a transfer fee, he faces having to come to an agreement with United to tear up his contract and let him leave on a free, according to ESPN.

If United are unwilling to compromise, then Rojo faces sitting on the sidelines for the remaining six months of his deal before finally moving in the summer.
