Marcelo Bielsa says it will be ‘precious’ to experience the white-hot Elland Road atmosphere when Leeds face Manchester United on Sunday – and has urged his players to give the fans something to celebrate.
This weekend sees Leeds host their arch-rivals in the Premier League in front of fans for the first time since 2003.
There have been a number of flash points at Elland Road already this season, with the FA launching investigations after bottles were thrown at Brentford and Burnley players when they visited.
West Yorkshire Police have also ramped up their operation ahead of Sunday’s grudge match and have warned supporters to look after their safety ahead of what is sure to be a feisty occasion.
