The young Reds progressed to the last eight with a 1-0 victory over Leeds United at the famous stadium and have another opportunity to parade their talents on the hallowed turf.
There is free admission for both home and away supporters, with no tickets required, and the tie will be live on MUTV on Friday 28 February.
The game kicks off at 19:00 GMT and, if the scores are level after 90 minutes, extra-time plus penalties could take place.
Wigan dismissed Birmingham City 4-0 in the previous round, after knocking Croydon and Tottenham Hotspur out, while United, who last won the trophy in 2011, have beaten Lincoln City, Norwich City and Leeds en route to this stage.
