West Ham wonderkid Reece Oxford will not rush into contract talks as the battle for his future hots up.
The 17-year-old is in the final two years of his Upton Park contract but is yet to agree an extension.
Initial talks over a new deal took place over the summer but the Hammers hierarchy were unable to settle the matter.
Those talks have since stagnated; the Hammers yet to approach the teenager for a second round of talks.
