The agent of Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has reportedly contacted Real Madrid to try to force a transfer for his client. De Gea's agent, Jorge Mendes, has been in contact with Los Blancos' director general Jose Angel Sanchez, per reports from Spain.
Speaking on the El Chiringuito television broadcast, journalist Pipi Estrada (h/t Dan Gibbs of the Daily Express) revealed the contact: "Jorge Mendes has asked Jose Angel Sanchez for De Gea and Sanchez has asked him to be patient because the decision has not yet been made.
