Manchester United have reportedly "already approached" Juventus left-back Alex Sandro, per Duncan Castles of The Sunday Times.
Castles has named Sandro, along with Barcelona centre-back Samuel Umtiti as prime transfer targets for United manager Jose Mourinho. The Old Trafford chief wants to overhaul his team's defence this summer so he can "deploy more aggressive tactics against stronger opposition."
United have been criticised at times this season for a negative approach in big matches. The Red Devils were particularly shy about going forward during a 0-0 draw against Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier League, along with a 2-1 defeat at home to would-be champions Manchester City.
