Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly travelled to Croatia as he attempts to seal the £35 million capture of Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic.
According to Dan King in The Sun, Mourinho is aiming to ensure United get in ahead of rival suitors Chelsea and Liverpool to sign the 28-year-old, and the Portuguese holds the edge due to his relationship with Predrag Mijatovic, the man thought to be overseeing Perisic's move.
King added that Perisic has "set his heart on a move to United," and the Red Devils boss will look to push forward with the deal ahead of Croatia's World Cup qualification clash with Ukraine in Zagreb on Friday.
