Romelu Lukaku looks to have suffered a serious head injury in the opening stages of Manchester United's match against Southampton.
The forward was taken off on a stretcher after colliding with Saints defender Wesley Hoedt in the air.
United boss Jose Mourinho had stated that his star striker was exhausted before the Premier League match at Old Trafford.
