Manchester United will resume their search for a director of football this summer with Ed Woodward keen to appoint either Atletico Madrid’s Andrea Berta or Fabio Paratici of Juventus.
Woodward has considered hiring someone to oversee football operations before but gave up on the search, only for him to decide to continue the search in the coming months.
According to The Telegraph, Berta is among those highly-regarded in the role who could be tempted to move to Old Trafford.
