The presence of Cristiano Ronaldo is unnerving players at Manchester United, Dietmar Hamann has said.
Ronaldo got off to a flying start on his return to United after 12 years away, scoring twice on his debut against Newcastle and then in his next two games against Young Boys and West Ham.
His second coming led to a carnival atmosphere at Old Trafford but as the team began to struggle and pressure mounted on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, there was a growing sense that Ronaldo was in fact holding the team back rather than driving them forward.
