Manchester United handed boost in pursuit of Kalidou Koulibaly as the defender 'tells the Napoli president he would be willing to leave in the summer for the right offer'

Napoli star Kalidou Koulibaly has reportedly informed club president Aurelio De Laurentiis that he is willing to leave in the summer for a suitable offer.

The 28-year-old has been consistently linked with several of Europe's largest clubs, including Manchester United, with reports now indicating that the defender may opt to leave at the end of the season.

According to Il Mattino, Koulibaly informed De Laurentiis of his intentions during a phone call between the pair.
