Manchester United didn't want him, Sunderland supporters boo him, he was supposed to be the next big thing but hasn't scored all season… so what now for Adnan Januzaj?

Adnan Januzaj was 18-years-old when he first appeared for Manchester United. He won the Community Shield, then scored twice on his first start, then signed a five-year contract.

He was handed the No 11 shirt - the one that belonged to Ryan Giggs - and even England were courting the new kid on the block. 'We have our eyes on him,' said Roy Hodgson.

Now, he's 22, out of favour in Manchester, on loan at Sunderland, and being booed by his own supporters amid an unavoidable crash towards the Championship. So, what next?
