Manchester United defender Phil Jones says injury is 'nothing serious' after hobbling off in Hull stalemate

Manchester United defender Phil Jones has eased concerns over the injury which forced him off during the 0-0 draw with Hull at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.

Jones appeared to gesture that he had a hamstring problem after 10 minutes of the the second half, and the 24-year-old was replaced immediately by Chris Smalling.

But the versatile England defender does not believe he is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines, having played 17 games for United since making his first appearance of the season in the win against Swansea in November.
