Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is unable to accept blame for defeats, according to former Real Madrid chief Ramon Calderon.
Calderon, who was president of the Spanish giants between 2006 and 2009, launched a scathing attack at his former colleague following United's derby defeat to Manchester City last weekend.
Mourinho was unhappy with the performance of Mark Clattenburg at Old Trafford but Calderon says the Portuguese needs to accept some of the blame for the 2-1 loss.
'Unfortunately when he reacts it is always somebody else who is to blame,' Calderon told The Sun.
