Manchester United plan to launch a £43million bid for PSV star Cody Gakpo in the January transfer window, according to the Telegraph.
The in-form forward has been on United's radar since the summer arrival of Erik ten Hag and, after his recent World Cup performances, the Red Devils have now been convinced to submit a bid.
Erik ten Hag's are searching for a replacement following Cristiano Ronaldo's dramatic departure from the club last month and they view Gakpo as the man to do that.
