Manchester United are 'interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen full-back Jeremie Frimpong', as Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag 'looks to strengthen his right-back options'

Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen right-back Jeremie Frimpong.

The Netherlands international has caught the attention of a number of clubs in Europe after his stellar performances for Xabi Alonso's side in the campaign.

Frimpong, who formerly played for Man City and Celtic before moving to Germany, has recorded eight goals and nine assists from full-back this year.

It's the kind of goal involvement rate that appeals to any side and, according to reports, it's helped trigger the interest of United boss Erik ten Hag.
