Manchester United are interested in signing Barcelona midfielder Frankie de Jong this summer, according to reports in Spain.
It was announced on Thursday that Erik ten Hag will take the helm at United next season and he now reportedly wants to reunite with De Jong, who he previously worked with at Ajax.
The 24-year-old Holland international has been a regular starter for Barcelona this season but could be a part of the Red Devils' big shake-up this summer.
According to Sport, Ten Hag is set to receive £210million to spend on players and he wants De Jong as part of his United midfield next season.
