Manchester United are close to agreeing a deal to sign Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, according to reports.
The Red Devils were keen to sign the Moroccan during the January transfer window but the Serie A side were reluctant to sell him.
United instead opted to sign Marcel Sabitzer on loan from Bayern Munich but their strong interest in Amrabat has remained.
According to Gazzetta, United and Fiorentina are closing to agreeing a £22million deal for the 26-year-old.
The report states Amrabat is keen to join Erik ten Hag's side and the Italian side have accepted he will leave, with plans to replace him underway.
