Manchester United are closing on agreement with Atalanta for striker Rasmus Hojlund.
Talks are ongoing between the two clubs over the structure of the deal which is expected to be around £60million.
The player has the offer of a five year contract with the option of an additional year.
The Denmark international was an unused substitute for Atalanta's 3-1 friendly win over Bournemouth on Saturday and shook hands with teammates as if bidding farewell.
Hojlund, who scored nine goals in Serie A last season, became United’s No 1 target after being priced out of a move for Tottenham's Harry Kane.
