Manchester United will play Norwegian club Valerenga IF in July as part of their preparations for next season.
The match at the Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo on Sunday, July 30 has been added to United’s five-game tour of America.
Jose Mourinho’s side will have a training camp in California and play MLS clubs LA Galaxy and Real Salt Lake before facing Real Madrid, Manchester City and Barcelona in the International Champions Cup.
United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward said: ‘The team will have access to top class facilities and the number of games this summer ensures that the manager and squad have the best opportunity to prepare for the coming season.
