Alessia Russo secured all three points for WSL leaders Manchester United as they edged past Arsenal 1-0 on Wednesday.

The Red Devils got their breakthrough deep into added time in the first-half, when Russo was on hand to poke home from close range and give them the lead.

There was an injury scare for Arsenal in the match, as Leah Williamson hobbled off the pitch in the first-half.
