Michael Carrick gave the Manchester United fans what they came for as he scored a brilliant late equaliser in his Old Trafford testimonial.
The midfielder captained the United team that won the 2008 Champions League final against a team of footballing legends as the Red Devils paid tribute to his 11 years at the club.
And he capped the occasion in the best of ways, firing a low strike from the edge of the box to see the game end level and put smiles on the faces of the capacity crowd.
Patrice Evra forced the first opening of the game, charging through the All Star's defence before being brought down in the box by John Terry.
