Manchester City held to a shock draw at home by West Brom as Sam Johnstone makes two fine late saves to leave Pep Guardiola's side five points off the Premier League summit

Some things about Manchester City are the same. Lots of territory, possession and control. These things remain as heavily weighted in their favour as they ever were under Pep Guardiola. But that is where the good news begins and ends.

For the current City do not look much like City at all, not as we have come to know and admire them anyway.
