Man United toilet block smashed up by supporters during Man City game

Manchester United are having to carry out emergency repairs after a toilet block was smashed up during their 1-0 EFL Cup win over Manchester City on Wednesday, a club spokeswoman has confirmed to Manchester Evening News.

Footage emerged on social media after the game of a group of fans -- appearing to support City -- wrecking toilet facilities at Old Trafford.

The supporters can be heard chanting "City, City" as porcelain sinks are kicked off the wall and onto the ground, leaving a smashed up heap along with pipes on the floor.
