Manchester United are signing Cardiff City teenage striker Gabriele Biancheri on a scholar deal after he had medical at the weekend.
He will sign a professional contract at Old Trafford in September when he turns 17.
The striker was wanted by Chelsea last summer and has scored 17 goals and five assists in all age-grade football this season.
