As one of the few powerhouses in world football, Manchester United are often held to ransom in the transfer market.
And this summer Chelsea have been the latest club looking to outgun the Red Devils in the boardroom amid their well-publicised pursuit of Mason Mount.
Earlier this week, United agreed to a £60million deal (comprised of an initial £50m with £5m in add-ons) after weeks of negotiations and rejected bids.
The 24-year-old England international will undergo a medical next week before signing a five-contract worth £250,000-a-week with the option of another year.
