Manchester United are weighing up a shock swoop for Aaron Ramsdale as they look to fix their goalkeeping crisis, according to a new report.
Andre Onana was dropped for United's heavy defeat by Newcastle on Sunday but his rarely-used deputy Altay Bayindir was criticised for his shaky stand-in performance.
Bayindir was also adjudged to have been at fault for the Magpies' fourth goal after his attempted ball into midfield was intercepted, allowing Bruno Guimaraes to score.
That has handed Ruben Amorim another headache, and The Sun have claimed the club are eyeing up Southampton stopper Ramsdale as a surprise solution.
