Luka Modric believes Real Madrid's strength in depth in midfield means they will not suffer despite the sale of Casemiro this summer.
Casemiro, 30, joined Manchester United in a £70m switch during the transfer window, the Brazilian coming into the English club at a time when they have turned around their early poor form.
Casemiro and Modric worked together at Real Madrid to forge a formidable midfield trio with Germany's Toni Kroos, and they were a core part of Real Madrid's ongoing success.
However, Modric, who turned 37 on Friday, says that the LaLiga club's other options in the centre of the park mean that Casemiro's exit from Real Madrid is not a problem.
