Lucia joined United on 25 July 2022 and was a key part of a record-breaking 2022/23 campaign as we achieved our highest-ever league position - second in the WSL - and secured Champions League qualification for the first time, as well as reaching our maiden Women's FA Cup final.
Garcia's contributions in that first season included a glorious injury-time winner against Manchester City in May, as the Reds triumphed 2-1 to ensure a top-two finish.
The Spanish international made 60 appearances for the Reds, scoring 16 goals in the process. Her tally includes two in this year's FA Cup Final, as we made history by beating Tottenham Hotspur 4-0 at Wembley to win our first piece of major silverware in women's football.
