James Milner might now be 37-years-old but he is showing no signs of slowing down, as he topped the Premier League this season for the biggest distance covered per game.
Opta have revealed the five players who cover the most distance on average in the Premier League - and perhaps surprisingly, three players making the list over the age of 30.
Milner, who leaves Liverpool this summer after eight seasons at Anfield, was regularly top of the club's bleep and lactate tests during pre-season training every year.
So despite now in the final years of his career, he is still one of the fittest players in the Premier League as shown by the 11.
