One in four of us will experience issues with our mental health, and sports men and women are no different.
'On the Sporting Couch’ is a ground-breaking series of programmes that addresses mental health issues in sport. It features elite sportspeople who have been brave enough to undertake an on-air therapy session to talk candidly about their struggles.
The programme is hosted by sports broadcaster and psychotherapist Gary Bloom, and in this episode he is joined by former Manchester United and Northern Ireland midfielder Keith Gillespie, who gives a frank insight into how he lost £7million to a gambling addiction.
