Lionel Messi is still very much in the plans of the MLS, with commissioner Don Garber revealing the league would act and think 'outside the box' in order to bring the World Cup winner to the United States.
Messi has long been linked with a move to Phil Neville's Inter Miami. The former Manchester United and Everton man even admitted as much last month.
'You're dealing with perhaps the most special player in the history of the game,' Garber told The Athletic.
'So when there are rumors of him connected to Miami, that's great.
