Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has made a decision on his future with Napoli amid interest from several of Europe's top clubs.
The 23-year-old has been an integral component of Napoli's success in recent years, and starred as the club secured their first league title in more than three decades in the 2022-23 campaign.
In the years since he has remained a key player at the Stadio Armando Maradona and has netted five goals and contributed three assists this season.
Negotiations surrounding a new deal for the Georgia international had been ongoing, but Napoli boss Antonio Conte has now revealed Kvaratskhelia is intent on leaving the club this month.
