Juventus have threatened to challenge Manchester United for the signing of Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, according to a new report.
Erik ten Hag's side have made midfield recruitment their next target, with Amrabat thought to be high on the wishlist, partially because of his work with Morocco at the World Cup.
While they were thought to be at the front of the race to sign £30m-rated Amrabat from Fiorentina, another Serie A club is thought to be tabling an offer which would allow the Moroccan to stay in Italy.
Sport Mediaset report that Juventus are keen on recruiting Amrabat, to fill a hole left by Swiss midfielder Denis Zakaria, who looks set to join Ligue 1 Monaco on a permanent basis for £17.
